Fitness Training

Boxing is a fun and exciting way to get in shape. Burn tons of calories while learning self-defense techniques and developing confidence.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrive at least 15 min early to wrap your hands. 

Wear athletic clothing with tennis shoes.

You will need to purchase a pair of hand wraps which cost $10 at the Engine Room or you can bring your own.

We will have gloves on site for you to use, however we encourage you to purchase your own set. 


YOUTH PROGRAM

The Engine Room encourages kids of all ages, male or female to join. Boxing helps kids stay healthy, gain confidence and become self-disciplined. 

Although all ages are welcome, kids under 12 years old will be evaluated to determine what class time and program will best fit their needs.  


PERSONAL TRAINING

Your personal training experience will be tailored to each individual person’s needs and goals. 

Whether you want to lose weight, build strength or muscle, or simply desire a more personal environment with one on one attention. 

Personal training can also be tailored around athletes in any sport looking to gain a competitive edge.  

Personal training clients will also receive nutritional advice along with BMI and Body Fat monitoring. 

These classes can also be semi-personal if you want to team up with a friend.
