Coach Jeremiah Milton

Jeremiah

I grew up around boxing. I put my first pair of gloves on at 14. I used to box with people in my apartment, and was always around some type of fighting - but I didn't actually compete until I became an Engine Room fighter. Being a coach has always been my long term goal, and I fast-tracked myself by surrounding myself with the sport, watching old-school and modern fights. I have always been good with people, and I enjoy the process of watching someone build up. I believe coaching is all about how you break your topic down.

I started boxing in 2010, and after 8 months of training I won golden gloves in the novice division.  I had 8 amateur fights and went 4 and 4. In 2015 I decided to go pro with Aaron Sloan as my coach and manager. 6 and 0 with 5 tko. Last year I won the N.A.M.A title as cruiserweight.  To this day, I help Aaron with his classes to help teach the fundamental of boxing.

I handle all of the office work for the Engine Room, including phone calls, emails, and memberships. I first started coming to the Engine Room in October of 2014, and fell in love with it right off the bat. My roommate and I came almost every night for classes, and got in the best shape of our lives. I love coming to get rid of stress, burn calories, and touch up on self defense.
