What do I need to wear?

You will need to wear athletic clothing along with tennis shoes.

Do I need to bring my own gloves?

We will have gloves for you to use, however we encourage you to purchase your own pair. We can discuss what type of glove at your first class.

Do I have to spar or compete?

Absolutely not. Contact of any type is limited to aspiring competition boxers that have been deemed ready by the head coach.
